    Why do you feel that you need to do this? Where is the problem coming from?

    Do you mean that you wish to switch from being logged in to one iCloud account (Apple ID) to another or do you mean that you wish to change the details of an existing account (e.g. the Apple ID or password associated with it)?

     

    If it's the former then simply go to Settings/iCloud/Delete Account to remove the iPad's link to the first iCloud acct and then sign in to the other iCloud acct using the other Apple ID and password in the same place. (The iPad can only be signed in to one iCloud acct at a time.)

     

    If it's the latter however then you need to follow the steps described in http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5621 or http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5624 depending on whether you wish to change your Apple ID or password.
