Logic Pro X No Environment Window

I just upgraded to the new Logic Pro and I noticed that there was no Environment window to go to

I really hate that because there are still some of us that use midi equipment today. No I can't setup

my midi devices. I don't understand why they take something away from it like that. It is supposed to

be compatible for all type of instruments. They might as not include the use of external midi sence we

can configure them right.
