Q: Itunes voucher help!

I have redeemed my voucher but it wont let me use the voucher money on iTunes when i go to pay.. it say i have money in the coner by my account details but demands card payments for everything :S please help!

    Though you might be being asked for your card's details it doesn't necessarily mean that the card will be charged for the purchase (unless you are trying to gift, that can only be done via a credit card), it should only be charged if your balance doesn't cover the item's purchase price (how purchases are billed). Have you tried entering your card's details - you should be able to remove it from your account after entering it.

     

    If the account is a new account and you didn't use the instructions on this page when creating it : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534

    then credit card details will need to be entered before the account can be used to download any item from the store.
