Q: I have an IPhone 4S that I purchased in Honduras through my carrier "Claro". Now I live in the USA and since I cancelled my account in Honduras, I'm not able to use my IPhone because it's locked. Can you help me???

You will need to contact Claro in Honduras and ask about their unlocking policies if any. Only that carrier can unlock your iPhone.

According to this document:

Claro offers official unlocking for the iPhone. So, contact them about getting your phone officially unlocked, as they are the only one's that can authorize such.
