Cancelling auto-renewal data plan on broken iPad
My iPad is broken. It does not power up. How can I cancel my monthly data plan auto-renewal that is costing me $30 a month?

You need to call the company whom you have the plan with. This is a user-to-user forum (as you knew when you signed up to it) and no-one here can do that for you.
I am looking for the same info....from any other user who has already had this experience. Good question dfilaroski.

Antonio's answer is correct. The Data plan can be cancelled by contacting the cell / mobile company you have the plan with. They will probably request your IMEI which can be found on the back of the iPad.
