how do i view connected users snow leopard server?

I am running Mac Pro Server Snow Leopard Server 10.6.8. Trying to determine who is connected to the server at any given time. Server serves as FTP site and users connected at local level for uploading and downloading files appear to be effecting performance dramatically. I would like to begin by seeing who is connected during performance. I knew how to do this in Leopard Server. Don't see any links to same in Snow Leopard Server.
