How to install from App Store older purchases Pages and Keynote

I have Pages and Keynote Purchases in the App Store. In the App Store is icon INSTALL, but after clicked to INSTALL is displayed next message:

We could not complete your purchase.

Pages(Keynote) can’t be installed on “Lion” because Mac OS X version 10.9 or later is required.

I have the reinstalled MAC OS X Lion 10.7.5

Help me please.

Use the "Purchased" tab at the App Store to download your older versions.

If you upgraded to Mavericks 10.9 and then reverted to a previous OS then the apps are no longer available.
