How can I delete 0.11 cents of credit in my Appstore account so I can change the country I'm in and so my credit card information?

I went to the USA for two weeks and I bought an apple gift card. in order to use it, I had to change my info and mark I live in the USA. I'm from Colombia and now the credit to redeem in that gift card is 0.11 cents. Now, I want to remove that credit and change my info to my credit card wich resides in Colombia. The problem is that it says that I have to spend first the 0.11 cents and as you know, there are no apps or items for that price. ¿what should I do? how can I delete that credit?

If you can't spend it then you can try contacting iTunes Support and ask them if they can remove the balance from your acocunt so that you can change countries : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
