Q: I just got the iphone 5c. Why won't the icloud spit back my apps??

I just got an iphone 5c and cannot get my apps off the icloud, any suggestions?? Also have one friend that is not recieving my text, ANY help would be great!!

Not sure how you have tried to get your apps so just in case: Open the App Store app, tap Updates at the lower right, then tap Purchased. From there you should be able to download the apps.

You also have to be connected to WIFI to do an iCloud restore. I don't think initially you can load all the apps over 4G.
