Q: I have a I phone 5, problem is that I am not receiving any calls, calls that do come will go directly to voice mail. HELP!!

I have a I phone 5. Problem is that most of the time I am not receiving any calls, the calls go directly to my voice mail.

Hi joniefromca,

If your incoming calls are going directly to voice mail most of the time, you may want to check to make sure that the Do Not Disturb feature hasn't been inadvertently activated (a small crescent moon icon will appear in the status bar at the top of the screen).
