im buying 2nd hand ipad..the first owner didnt remember the apple id or password..i need my ipad..PLSSS help

Get your money back; it's probably a stolen iPad.
I bought it from someone..not a stolen ipad..she didnt remember at all her icloud id..
Im really sad,cant use my ipad anymore..
Return it to the person you bought it from and get your money back.
Im the one who reset the ipad..thats the problem..sigh..
That is irrelevant.
You have every right to be able to reset your device.
Your were sold a device that you can not use.

I would tell the person you bought it from you want your money back unless they get the previous owner to unlock it. If you get your money back and decide to purchase another iPad, be sure it is from a reputable source and reset it right there before you pay.
So..no solution at all?even from apple?now i can throw my ipad since it cant be use anymore..ughhhh.. -.-'
The only potential solution, as I said, is to contact the seller and demand your money back.
Activation Lock is a theft deterent.
You can contact Apple if you like but I am quite sure they will not help, even if you did have proof that is was not stolen, which you do not.
The last thing they would want to do is bypass the theft deterent that they designed on a potentially stolen device.
