I can't get my Itunes to open my Mac. I haven't changed anything but I'm getting a message saying iTunes Library.itl cannot be read because it was created by a newer version of itunes.

Make sure you don't have multiple copies of hte iTunes application on your computer, one being an older one than you normally use. Open iTunes and go to the upper left menus to About iTunes and report which version it says you are running.
I have an HP desktop and got the same message. I just followed the steps in this video and the problem was resolved in under 2 minutes. 🙂
