Importing Word doc to Pages
I need to import a Word doc to Pages and edit in Pages. The doc has matrices, greek letters and many math formulas. What software can I buy to do this. I have OSX Lion on a MAC Air.

I'd recommend you use Word for Mac for such stuff.
Before buying that, you could try the free Open/LibreOffice and see if the result is satisfactory.
If you already have Pages on your machine, just do File > Open and see how it looks and works.
