I have an issue that has not been resolved.follow up #307347757 can you help me.

I have an issue that has not been resolved can you let me know when are the funds going to be in my bank acct.

The follow up #307347757. I was told that 5to10day it would be in my acct the amount of $245.91 and I check and it's not in my bank acct.please let me know when.

Please be aware that you are not communicating with Apple when you post in these forums. These are user-to-user support forums, so in almost all cases the only people who will reply to your posts are, like me, your fellow users. You will need to reply to the email in which the iTunes Store notified you that a refund would be granted and request further information.
