My iPhone 4s will not connect to any wifi. NOTHING has worked.

My iPhone 4s will not connect to any wifi. NOTHING has worked. I restarted my router and made sure everything was working from my home, my phone still would not connect to my home wifi or any other wifi. I turned my blue tooth on (the wifi then worked for roughly 2 minutes). I reset my network settings. I reset all settings. I erased all content and settings. I ran all appropriate updates and restarted my phone. I have literally done everything I have read on this forum and NOTHING IS WORKING. This has been going on for over two weeks! any ideas? I am so fed up with this!
