... that was deleted from another Apple ID.
To clarify, I have an old Apple ID to which an alias was assigned.
I now have a new Apple ID.
I deleted my alias from the old Apple ID and was hoping to assign it to my new Apple ID.
How long before my deleted alias, from my old Apple ID, will become available for me to use as an alias with my new Apple ID.
Please advise, if time permits,

Never, I'm afraid. An alias cannot be moved to another account, even after deletion.
