double data plan charges

I received an Ipad from my company with an Apple data plan. A few moths later I was upgraded to a new Ipad with a Verizon plan. My original Ipad was cleared of all data, reset and transferred to another employee.

I am still receiving AT&T data charges from my first Ipad as well as my current Verizon data charges.How do I fix this problem?
