Hello! I have a 2nd generation iPod nano. Last week, I updated iTunes with the most recent update (v 11.1.4) and now, my iTunes won't recognize my iPod nano. Very frustrating! I've done everything - restart iTunes, restart my computer... I have operating system 10.8.5 (Mountain Lion, i believe).
