It sounds like you need to verify your Apple ID and wnat to know how to do that. Take a look at this info from the article named:

When you first create an Apple ID (using your email address) a verification email is sent to that address. If you sign in to your Apple ID from the link in that email, the email address is verified as the primary email address for your Apple ID.
If you do not see the email that was sent to your Apple ID email address, and it is not in your Spam folder, you can resend the email from http://appleid.apple.com
- Sign in to My Apple ID to manage your account information.
- Click Resend under Primary Email Address.

- Verify your changes by following the link in the email you receive from Apple, then signing back in to your account.
