Outlook cannot synchronize subscribed folders for xx.xx@icloud.com. Error:Cannot connect to server

I have searched both Apple and Microsoft websites, but to no avail. I have installed icloud on Outlook 2013. Every time I Send/Receive I get this same error -

Resetting the ports, uninstalling, reinstalling, icloud is in the add-in section. I have tried everything I can find, but still no solution. I really welcome any and all help in resolving this issue.
