Visual C++ runtime errors

Could you please inform me how I can restore my itunes programme, as it is intermittently telling me that Visual C++ is causing runtime errors for itunes. This happens even when I am not using itunes on my PC.

Please, send me the webpage, so I can remedy the situation.

By the way I am not able to run the itunes programme, so I don't know which version is installed.

I have an XP PC.
