Even though I have paid the billing, I still cannot pick "none" in the payment methord??
I am playing a japanese game that need japanese account to download it. But all my Hong Kong using card is not available for japan app store.
I have bought in-game item before. In apple ID, I use japanese account and switch to Hong Kong region by using HK credit card account for payment method. I can buy successfully.
However, the game need to update recently. I must switch to Japan region before start updating the app. While I log into apple ID change the region to japan, there is no "none" for selection. The rest of payment method are not accetpted by using HK credit card for register. I cannot go "next".
I checked my credit card billing account. I have already complete all payment.
What can i do?
