Q: unable to connect to iTunes
I am able to connect to the internet on my iPad but when I try to download an app it says unable to connect to iTunes. I don't know what the problem is. Please help

Try reset iPad
Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears
Note: Data will not be affected.
