Problem Redeem a iTunes Card
I got a iTunes card from my sister law in American and I live in Ireland does anyone know how to redeem the card in a different country

You can't, all iTunes gift cards are coutnry-specific, they can only be redeemed in their country of issue - so a US iTunes card can only be redeemed and used in the US on a US iTunes account.
Apart from your sister-in-law, do you know anybody else in the US that you could sell or give the card to ?
