my iphone 4s will not connect to itunes after i canceled a retoration of the phone how can i get it to connect to itunes?

when i tried to restore my phone it was taking awhile and i canceled the restoration but my phone is still on the Itunes logo and the iphone cable connect to itunes logo, when i plug it in it doesnt connect to intunes like it should can anyone help me with this?
