Security questions answers
Hello, I've forgot my secret questions answers and my rescue email adress was my phone email, now i dont have this email anymore so i can't reset, what should i do now?

You won't be able to change your rescue email address until you can answer your questions, you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset you can then use the steps half-way down the page that you posted from to update your rescue email address for potential future use
