Q: My child purchased something in an app.

My 2 year old purchased something in an app that charged my credit card 15.20$. It was a one click purchase. No pass work had to be put in. I've change my settings so this will not happen again, but who do I contact to get refunded for this purchase?

iPad, iOS 7.0.4

Purchases are considered final, but you can try the 'report a problem' link to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund or credit you : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work then you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

By default your password doesn't have to be re-entered if it's been entered within the past 15 minutes - changing Settings > General > Restrictions > Require Password to 'Immediately' is one of the changes that you've made ? And you've turned off in-app purchases via the Restrictions screen ?
