I have a iphone 4. I can not make a facetime call using my cellular. How ever I see that I missed a call but I can not call out using cellular. I can by using wifi. Under setting "use cellular data for" face time is not listed. I tried resetting all setting from the beginning. Can anybody help. Thanks

FaceTime on cellular is only supported in iPhone 4S or later.

On iPhone 4s or later, you can also make FaceTime calls over a cellular data connection, which may incur additional charges. To turn off this feature, go to Settings > Cellular.
