Unable to download app

I am unable to download apps on my iPad. I am even unable to update the existing apps. It says unable to download app at this time, retry or done.... It's really frustrating... Is it a problem from apple side because at my side, everything is ok

iPad, iOS 7.0.4

Go to Settings>General>Date and Time>Set Automatically>On. Make sure that is set that way and make sure that your time zone is correct. If everything is correct, change the date and time to anything else and then try to download an app. If you get an error message, go back and set it to automatic again and then try downloading again.

You can try restarting your router - even though everything else is connecting OK - it can still help. Unplug it from power for about 30 seconds and then plug it in again.

If those suggestions dont help - in this order ..... close the apps store app, sign out of your ID, reboot your iPad, sign in again and then try to download again.

To close apps, Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the App Store app then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.

Go to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Tap your ID and sign out,

Now reboot the iPad. Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

Go go back to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID>Sign in then try to download an app again.

Unable to download/update app,it say's ' "app" could not be download/upgrade at this time' since this morning.

i've tried all the method that provided but no non a single one can solve this problem.

And there is some time i could update/download apps as usual but most of the time it fails.

im just wanted to ask does anyone have the same situation as mine and any solution from apple?

I am unable to download any app on my iPad asits my sisters apple ID password that I need. However I have created a different apple ID for myself in order for me to be able to download apps but every time I click on the Apps on my iPad it automatically asks for my sisters apple ID password rather than mine. How do I change the apple IDs so it asks for my password for my apple ID rather than my sisters? Do I need to delete the app store altogether and restart it?

Have you done as the message tells you to do, have you gone to that URL and contacted iTunes Support ? If you haven't you will need to do so, there are user-to-user forums, we won't know why you are getting a message to contact iTunes Support :

- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

- click on your country's flag (the country where you are, and which is therefore the country on your account)

- click on Contact Support towards the top right

- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'

Or use this form : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
