If you have one of the PAID versions of flip4mac, you could export a .WMV file. But you can also use Compressor to create an MPEG-2 Program Steam which will play fine in Windows Media Player. H.264 will work also.

Export a full res, self contained QT file from FCP. Use Compressor to convert that to an H.264. Now you have an H.264 MOV...but PCs lke MP4. SO...bring that into MPEG STREAMCLIP, and simply SAVE AS and choose MP4. All you are doing is changing the wrapper from QT to MPEG-4.
