Verification code sent to obsolete phone number!

iCloud when I try to activate keychain all devices, iCloud keeps sending a verification code to a cell phone number to an iPhone that was stolen and deactivated -- and I changed the number in my preferences over 3 weeks ago. Now I can't synch with all of my mac devices. Any suggestions?
