Q: Anyone having issues deleting voicemail?

Is anyone having issues deleting voicemail? Everytime I try to delete, within seconds all my voicemails re-appear and now my voicemail is full and I can't clear it out. Any suggestions?

iPhone 5c, iOS 7.0.4
