$99 Developer Account or Free One to Access the Content that Teaches App Development.

Do I need to buy the $99 developer account in order to access all of the content that teaches people to develop applications or do I already have access to that because I have a free developer account? Is the content easy to follow for people who have absolutely no coding experience if they work hard?

There is no extra content that teaches people to develop applications. In terms of educational documentation, a free developer account gives you all there is to give. Apple tends to assume people are starting off with a university degree in computer science.
