Apple tv network connections

My apple tv won't connect to my network (ATT.net), it recognizes the network id, but when I enter it, it says there is a problem connecting to the network, check settings, and try again. (-3902). My other computer and IPad mini work fine usig the same network. Any ides, tried all the restarting etc, it does not recognize when I try to sign in the network?
