Someone else is trying to use my apple ID. How do I stop these constant e-mails to verify it?

I think the total is somewhere around 30 e-mails from "do not reply" asking me to verify MY apple ID for someone else. How do I stop these annoying e-mails? Why is Apple security SO hard to contact?
