runnin windows in cloud

I would like to be running on a apple but can can only use my Iphone and chrome so far?😕 Any Suggestions? Desktop Win 8 and Toshiba Netbook XP Frame 4.0 cell 5C and a nexus just on wifi because I am a geek and will keep everything capable attached to the internet. And want them all to run my sketch and photo apps in a perfect world....
