Dear all i have iphone 4s factory unlocked 16gb AT&T white. its with ios 7.0.4 i can't use it because i can't bypass first start menu ACTIVATION process. I have a good wifi & i already tried itunes. Also i contacted apple and they told me its bricked. What is my next step? Please advice me.

http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4515Without help from previous owner (either their AppleID/password or they log into iCloud and delete the iPhone from FindMyiPhone) you cannot use the iPhone.
