How do i clear the previous owners id/email for itunes & icloud to make my own??

You need to return the Device for a refund, as you will not be able to re-activate it.
I purchased iphone 4,called at&t and phones no contract or stolen.Works perfect besides i can't use/change itunes or icloud because a previous owners email and password is saved to the phone i guess? I don't know the password to change this what do i do?
