Q: It was informed that my ipad have some virus. How to remove?

It's a scam. They are trying to make you buy something you don't need.

Currently there's no known virus affecting iPad; that is if you do not Jailbreak iPad.

Any time a website tells you that you have a virus, whether it's on an iPad, iPhone, Adroid device, Mac or Windows computer or anything else, it's a scam. A website cannot scan your device for malware. It can, however, trick you into downloading and installing malware, or calling a phony "support" number and paying for someone to help you "remove" the "virus."
