How to Install Windows 7 or 8 on my MacBook Pro

Welcome once again....I have a really bugging queston....I just got a MacBook Pro with 4GB and 750GB HDD and I want to partition my hardrive so I can use windows 7 or 8 on it... But when i go to the Boot Camp Assistant...This is what it says--Screen Shot
