iTunes

As soon as I plug my iPhone to my computer, iTunes do pop up, but after a few seconds of loading, it freezes. (While trying to recognise the iPhone)

After 20 attempts or so, it did recognise it, so we do know it is possible, but it's too rare, I don't want to sit next to my computer for that much time just to transfer some music. (Or other stuff)

As soon as I unplug the iPhone from the computer, iTunes returns to normal.

Any ideas?
