Who supplied the CloudDrive, not to be confused with the iCloud?

The Cloud Drive is shown in my Finder [Lion, MacBook] with "no visible means of support." While iCloud sits elsewhere. What is the difference, the origin, and how do I learn more about Cloud Drive?
