My Ipad wont open after 2 weeks of being drained.

Hi. So my ipad 4's charger was broken and wont work so my ipad was drained and was not on for almost 2 weeks now. I was so busy that's why i haven't got a new charger until now. I tried plugging it for almost 2 hours but it wont open. I tried holding the wake button and home button but it wont still work...what should i do..please help!!!!!
