My phone rings once or not at all and all of my calls go directly to voicemail. I have tried everything I can think of in settings and can't resolve this issue. I am missing all of my calls because of this.

I can't figure out why my incoming calls are going directly to voicemail. Callers hear one ring and then voicemail and I don't hear it ring at all.

Hello, Shelley128.

Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities.

I see you have tried some troubleshooting steps already with the issue persisting. Make sure to check with your carrier for any issues with provisioning or local towers. Also, check to make sure Do Not Disturb is not enabled as this will cause this behavior. If the issue persists, see the steps in the second article.
