Sending info to apple
Can someone tell me why does it take so long to send my information to apple? I am trying to sync my phone to my computer and I can't seem to get past "sending information to Apple."

This happens to me too. I do not want to spend 3 hours backing up my iphone, nor do I care if Apple has the information from my iphone . I found it help to diconnect the iphone and start again and then it went straight into synching
