1. Remove iTunes and related components from the Control Panel
2. Verify iTunes and related components are completely uninstalled

Mar 24, 2014 12:22 PM in response to mario49by Daybrook,Not helpful Mario since Litoindc SAID that he has uninstalled iTunes several times. This is such a frustrating problem and I wish I had never bought an iPhone and that I didn't have so much money invested in iTunes.
