"Trust this Computer?"

I keep getting a message that says "Trust this Computer" - even if I respond yes, it does not allow me to connect or sync to my itunes account. I've installed, uninstalled iTunes several time.

1. Remove iTunes and related components from the Control Panel

2. Verify iTunes and related components are completely uninstalled

3. Reinstall iTunes and related components
