Any keyboard issues when running Win 7 on a Mac?

I have purchased a 500 GB Macbook Air with the intent of being able to run a few PC programs (i.e., no Mac versions) when I travel, both of which are radiology image viewing programs. I can cover other programs with Mac software versions.

I am wondering how the different keyboard layouts/keys are dealt with when switching between the two operating systems. Are there any major issues? Also, I will want to be able to load CDs into the Windows 7 OS to evaluate with the programs. I have the Mac USB drive. Once upon a time, I worked with a computer that had Parallels, and changing the CD to be controlled by either the Mac OS or the Windows OS was not a big deal. Is that still the same?

What other issues might I consider just as regards the software (I am still debating whether to use Boot Camp v. Parallels v. VMware).

Thanks

You won't have any issues if you follow the instructions for installation..
