My apple ID froze up because I forgot my security questions one to many times and the screen froze when ever I try to open the app store. I have reset password and security questions and the screen is still frozen when I open the app store.

App store app froze up because I have a new phone and forget my exact verbiage on my security questions. Screen is not frozen on sign in security question page. I can't cancel and i can't continue. Reset password and security question. Logged out and logged back in, same frozen screen on the App Store.

Does anyone have a fix. Apple's support is worthless if resetting passwords does not work.

If the App Store app is frozen then have you tried closing the app via the multitasking bar and seeing if it works properly when you re-open it ? Double-click the home button to open the taskbar, and then swipe or drag the App Store app's screen from there up and off the top of the screen to close it, and click the home button to close the taskbar.


If that doesn't fix it then you could try a soft-reset of your phone : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the equivalent of a reboot.
