i tried to download the EFI software and it says it is not compatible with maverick

i am trying to see if there was hardware damage when the computer dropped

it seems like one of the ram ports is damamged

and i want to confirm it

also does anyone know how hard it would be to fix/replace a damaged port on a mid 2010 macbook pro?
