i need some help

today i reedeemed an itunes gift code 25.00 and i purchased a clash of clans pile of gems (500) gems 4.99 i only purchased one of those and i continued on with my day. Later i checked back my itunes account only to realise my money was lost and i only had a dollar remaining. Then when i checked my purchase history it said i purchased 4 additional piles of gems when i only purchased one. and the additional gems that i didnt purchase DIDNT EVEN COME UP IN THE GAME. i need help thanks in advance
